Mid-Century Modern Bookshelves
This year, I did the 2018 Parade of Homes, OKC. I teamed up with an amazing builder, Adams-Kirby Homes! We won first place!!! Most people think of Urban Farmhouse as extremely rustic...and it can be. But my personal style is actually very Modern and Eclectic. That is very evident in this home. I call it "Mid-Century Modern Farmhouse." The wood stain they used in the home had an orange tone to it that was very popular in the 1950's. So I kept my accessories very simple and contrasted the mid-century shelves with metals.
